Growing Notes: Part shade, moist soil, thrives in cool weather, often considered a garden weed.
Traditionally used topically for skin comfort and as a mild nutritive green.
Fresh plant can be used in a poultice; or steep 1-2 tsp dried herb, covered, 5-8 min.
Dosage: Tea/poultice: 1-2 tsp dried herb per cup, or fresh plant crushed for topical use.
