Origin: Mediterranean
Growing Notes: Full sun, excellent drainage, drought-tolerant.
Traditionally used for respiratory comfort and as a culinary seasoning.
Steep 1-2 tsp dried leaf, covered, 5-8 min.
Dosage: Tea: 1-2 tsp dried leaf per cup.
